Трубные и конструкционные части ст. 20Л (с 2017 г. 09Г2С) по ГОСТ 19282-73 при условия эксплуатации изделия по ГОСТ 15150-69.
Эксцентрик и захлопка из ст. 12Х18Н10Т по ГОСТ 7350-77 (лист) и ГОСТ 5949-75 (прокат), ухо и ось из ст. 20Х13 по ГОСТ 8559-75 (пруток).
Фланцы арматуры по ГОСТ 33259—2015 давлением до Pn 250.
Ручная дуговая сварка по ГОСТ 9466-75, наплавка 06Х18Н19Т по ГОСТ 5264-80.
В соответствии с требованиями ГОСТ Р 51164-98. грунтовка МАРКА по ГОСТ покраска МАРКА по ГОСТ.
Применяется низколегированная сталь 09Г2С. Температура окружающей среды: −60°С — +60°С, а температура среды внутри трубопровода: −60°С до +600 °С.
